David "Dave" J. Meretta joined Miller & Law, P.C. in January of 2017. He concentrates his practice on franchise and commercial litigation involving franchisors, franchisees and local businesses and individuals in Colorado and across the country. He also handles employment, criminal matters, and appeals. He has appeared in the federal and state courts of Colorado, Massachusetts and Michigan.

A Michigan native, Dave earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. Over the years, he has successfully handled jury and bench trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings in federal and state courts across Colorado, Massachusetts, and Michigan. He is deeply committed to his clients, ensuring they feel supported and well-informed every step of the way.
